TUESDAY, JUNE 11 - DR IV Reception & Social Evening:

Travel dayArrival, check in to your rooms, unpack, relax, and get ready to have FUN!

2pm - 8 pm:  Welcome Reception / Event Bag Pick-up for Pre-Registered Guests - Sky Ute Casino Resort​The Sky Ute Casino Resort is where each Pre-Registered Guest will pick up their Special Event Bag with their name on it during the Tuesday night Reception / Movie Night.  Each bag will contain the items you ordered on the website.  If you are arriving later or are not staying at the Sky Ute Casino Resort you must pick up your Event Bag at WILL CALL at the Sky Ute Casino Resort before attending ANY of the scheduled events.                                                                                     
8 pm:  Movie Night -  By popular demand, movie night will again be shown (​FREE admission) at the Sky Ute Events Center.  Enjoy dinner, drinks, snacks, popcorn, etc. that will be available for purchase.  This will be a great time to meet returning friends, welcome new riders, socialize, and enjoy a movie.  We will have Event Staff volunteers available to discuss the many area rides and scheduled events of the week during the evening, and will have products on display.
PLEASE NOTE:  Due to pre-order requirements for food and beverages and seating arrangements for the Banquet Dinner ​WE WILL NOT SELL TICKETS AT THE DOOR.  The cut-off date on this website for purchasing Banquet Dinner tickets is June 2.  The cut-off date on this website for purchasing Officially Licensed Indian Motorcycle event shirts & merchandise is May 1.  No tickets, no entry, no exceptions.  Don't miss out!                                            

SATURDAY, JUNE 15 - Indian Motor Works / Rides / Concert:

8 am:  Ride Options:  Million Dollar Highway, San Juan Skyway, Chama Loop, Vallecito Lake, Navajo Lake, Telluride, Ouray

10 am - 2 pm:  Indian Motor Works Open House - Vallecito Lake & Rusty Shovel Saloon - Billy Goat Saloon  ​  ​Take a tour back in time at Indian Motor Works in Bayfield and see where vintage Indian Motorcycles have been meticulously restored by owner Jeff Grigsby for over 40 years.  This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see early pristine examples of Indian Motorcycles in a shop that is not open to the public.  Just up the road from Indian Motor Works is the Rusty Shovel Saloon on Vallecito Lake (which looks like a smaller version of Lake Tahoe!).  The Rusty Shovel will have burgers, drinks, live music, and plenty of motorcycle parking!  And on Highway 160 in Gem Village on the way to or from Indian Motor Works, stop in at the Billy Goat Saloon for refreshments, food, and music.

2019 SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, JUNE 14 - Long Ride Day / Bowling:

8 amRide Options:  This is our "long day" to enjoy the many scenic rides that include; the Million Dollar Highway, San Juan Skyway "The Swiss Alps of America", Four Corners, Mesa Verde, Vallecito Lake, Chimney Rock, Pagosa Springs, Chama, Navajo Lake, and many more.  All rides are on this website and will be discussed on Tuesday night and during the Banquet Dinner. Main ride will focus on the San Juan Loop for a Charity Poker Ride that will last all day!

8 pm:  Bowling​:  ​Join us for a night of competitive bowling, but with a bit of a twist.  The requirement is that all bowlers are encouraged to wear wild costumes purely for fun and laughter.  A prize will be awarded to the Best Dressed Costumed Bowler, so get creative!  Sorry, no lingerie will be allowed due to minors in the bowling alley.  Burgers, pizza, and drinks are available for purchase in the Sky Ute Bowling Lanes.

THURSDAY, JUNE 13 - Off the Bikes Adventures / Rides / Banquet Dinner:

MONDAY, JUNE 10 - Event Volunteers Arrive Sky Ute Casino Resort:

Advance team of Event Staff volunteers arrives - set up registration area tables, signage, merchandise and Event Bag assembly, AV checks, hand-outs, etc.     

SUNDAY, JUNE 16 - DR IV Final Day:

Departure Day.  Farewell breakfast and depart for home.

Safe travels home and see you all again for Durango Rendezvous V - June 2020!


Ride Options and Disclaimer:   Due to the number of motorcycles expected there will be several different suggested area rides for everyone to consider either with your group or on your own.  The suggested rides are described on the RIDES tab above, and will also be discussed during the Tuesday night check-in and during the Banquet Dinner.  Everyone is expected to have the proper license, insurance, skills, and knowledge to safely operate a motorcycle.  The Durango Rendezvous events and the suggested rides are not required of anyone and everyone who attends, participates or rides does so by their own choice.  By attending you understand and agree that you are responsible for your own actions.    

This Schedule of Events is subject to change due to unforeseen situations, road conditions, or weather that may be beyond our control.  Always bring adequate riding / rain gear.  We will do our best to keep all informed.
